Project Overview
Emerald Heights is a landmark residential development that redefines luxury living in Lucknow. Spread across 2.5 acres of prime land in Gomti Nagar Extension, this project features three elegant towers with 180 premium apartments. Each residence is meticulously designed with Vastu compliance, premium fittings, and smart home features.
The project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents, demonstrating DSS Infrabuild's commitment to timely delivery and quality excellence. The development includes state-of-the-art amenities including a fully equipped clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Challenge & Solution
The Challenge
The site had challenging soil conditions requiring deep foundation work. Additionally, the client requested a tight 24-month schedule for a project of this scale, which typically takes 30+ months.
Our Solution
Implemented piled foundation system with soil stabilization. Used BIM technology for clash detection and 4D scheduling. Deployed 3 tower cranes and 200+ workers in shifts to accelerate construction.
