Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "You", "Your") and DSS Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

2. Our Services

DSS Infrabuild provides professional construction services including but not limited to:

• Residential Construction
• Commercial Construction
• Institutional Construction
• Renovation and Retrofitting
• Turnkey Projects
• Civil and Structural Work
• Waterproofing, Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing
• Site Supervision and Planning

Specific terms for each service will be outlined in the individual service agreement or work order.

3. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by DSS Infrabuild are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimation and may be revised if:

• Site conditions differ from initial assessment
• Material prices change significantly
• Client requests changes to scope of work
• Unexpected structural issues are discovered

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Advance Payment: 20-30% advance payment required before project commencement
• Progress Payments: Milestone-based payments as per project schedule
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion and handover
• Late Payment: Interest may be charged on overdue payments at 18% per annum

All payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or as agreed in the service contract.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen site conditions
• Weather-related issues
• Material delivery delays from suppliers
• Changes requested by the client
• Government approvals or regulatory issues

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Changes to Scope

Any changes to the original scope of work must be requested in writing. We will provide a change order detailing the additional work, cost implications, and timeline adjustments. Work will not commence on changes until the change order is approved and signed by the client.

7. Warranty

DSS Infrabuild provides the following warranties on our work:

• Structural Work: 10 years warranty against structural defects
• Waterproofing: 5 years warranty against leakage
• General Construction: 1 year warranty on workmanship
• Materials: Manufacturer's warranty applies to supplied materials

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSS Infrabuild's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the services provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage beyond the scope of our work.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and specifications provided by DSS Infrabuild remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these documents for the intended project but may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or copy content without permission

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• DSS Infrabuild returns any unused materials paid for by client
• Unfinished work will be documented and handed over

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
